Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy. We accept any item if the customer returns it in saleable condition within 30 days of receiving it. Please reach out to our customer support to start the return of your package.

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.Preview Changes (opens in a new tab)

Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receiving your item and money should be refunded to your account between 3-15 business days depending on the bank the payment is made by.

Please contact our support to start a return.

For return from US address and that the return item is not defective, we charge a one time $4.99 fee for return shipping. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For return from address outside of US and the return item is not defective, we are unable to provide return label, but we do not charge fees for return.

For return of defective product (from both within US and outside of US), please reach out to our support.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Please reach out to our support for exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3~15 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
